Frequently asked questions
Do you take care of licences and permits?
Yes. For new builds and renovations that need them, we prepare the technical documentation and manage the application with the town hall.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope. A kitchen or bathroom usually takes a few weeks; a full home renovation, a few months. Your quote includes a written schedule.
Can I stay in my home during the works?
With partial renovations it is often possible, and we plan the work in phases to keep disruption low. For full renovations we usually recommend moving out temporarily.
I live abroad. Can you manage the project for me?
Yes. We can run the whole project while you are away and keep you informed with regular updates, photos and video calls.
